She was predeceased by: her parents, Ronald Palmer and Sherry Palmer. She is survived by: her husband David S. Humphrey; her daughters, Shiloh Elizabeth Humphrey of Newport, NC and Persayus Emily Humphrey of Newport, NC; and her brothers, Philip LuVern Palmer (Annette) of Camden, SC and Walter Whealen Palmer (Christina Pinheira) of Rio de Janeiro, Brazil..
Visitation was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Parkview Baptist Church. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, September 29th 2026 at the Maysville Town Cemetery.
