Bruce Davis Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bruce Davis of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on January 26, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the sacred silence of farewell, Bruce is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. And as her memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Bruce's spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.

She was predeceased by: her husband Ethan Stamey Davis III; her son William Roger Ethier; and her parents, Lolly Cecil and Sarah Alice Castello Williams. She is survived by: her children, Cindy Card of Newport, Barbara Carraway of Newport and Ben Ethier. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren; eighteen great grandchildren; and a number of great great grandchildren.
