It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Charles A. Kyle Jr. of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on July 17, 2025, at the age of 94, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles August Kyle Sr. and Bertha Ellen Kyle; his former wife Audrey Kyle; his sons, Mark Steven Kyle, John Charles Kyle (Stephanie) of Havelock, NC and Danny Edward Kyle; his son-in-law Flash Swindell; his siblings, Jim Kyle, Harry Kyle, Velma Telford, Tom Kyle, Bill Kyle, Donnie Kyle and Pete Kyle; and his grandson Bryan Coblentz.
He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Adams Kyle; his children, Ruth Anne Coblenz (Ed) of Newport, Kathy Kyle Swindell of Swansboro, Dana Green of Newport, William Adams (Mindy) of Yorktown, VA and Jason Adams (Danielle) of Jacksonville, FL; his siblings, Jerry Kyle (JoJo) of Negley, OH and Mary Kyle of Houston, TX; his grandchildren, Joshua Swindell (Vickie), Katy McClees (Scott), Kristina Ramsay (Trey), Garrison Kyle, Jasime Kyle, Jennifer Gould (Stephen), Brandon Adams, Ashley Adams, Landon Adams and Kayla Stuart; his great grandchildren, Lilly Swindell, Keller McClees, Mollie Gould and Kane Gould; and his pets, Rosie and Sofi. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 2nd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Broad Creek Church of God (394 Broad Creek Loop Rd, Newport, NC 28570).
