It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debra Ann Wagoner of Newport, North Carolina, who passed away on September 5, 2022, at the age of 61, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father James Wilson Willis; and her brother Richard Wayne Willis. She is survived by: her mother Vencia Hunter Willis of Broad Creek; her husband Oscar Wagoner; her children, Tabitha Taylor (Kenny) of Newport and Oscar Jr. (Amy Cannon) of Broad Creek; and her siblings, Wilson Willis (Lam) of Newport, Linda Golden (Homer) of Broad Creek, Loretta Taylor (Timothy) of Broad Creek and Amanda Willis (Megan) of Broad Creek. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, and one great grandson and many nieces and nephews.
