He was predeceased by: his parents, Chester Clark and Wilma Clark; his wife Rosemary F. Cooper Clark; and his daughter Teresa Lewis. He is survived by: his children, Cathy Carl of Jacksonville, NC, David Clark (Julia) of Newport and William Andrew Clark of Ft. Wayne, IN; and his sister Jean Banks (Bud) of Ft. Wayne, IN.
