She was predeceased by: her parents, Lee Powers and Ollie Powers; her husband Earl Hebert; and her granddaughters, Crystal and Jaylee Hebert.
She is survived by: her daughters, Cyndi Hall (Mike) of Newport and Tonya Whaley (Philip) of Newport; her grandchildren, Luther Forsythe (Amanda) of Fuquay-Varina, Jaymie Forsythe (Kristina) of Newport, Mandy Forsythe of Newport and Ethan Ballou (Cassidy) of Mill Creek; her great grandchildren, Chase Kreiger of Newport, Austin Forsythe of Newport, Aubrey Forsythe of Newport, Memphis Forsythe of Fuquay-Varina, Maddox Forsythe of Fuquay-Varina and Camden Ballou of Mill Creek; and her siblings, Bobby Powers of Caryville, TN, Yvonne Cosner of Melborn, FL, Peggy Blankinship of Caryville, TN and Lynn Volack of Yuma, AZ.. She is also survived by her family and friends.
