She was predeceased by : her husband William Lloyd Lewis (Doc); and her parents, Jack and Lula. She is survived by : her daughters, Reene Kratky (Bill) and Debbie Hill; her siblings, Carol Bielby and Larry Eubanks; her grandchildren, Chris Dudley (Lauren), Kevin Dudley (Amanda), Heather Henderson (William), Jason Kratky (Sarah) and Wendy Pesch (Jason); her great grandchildren, Kayla, Shane, Will, Brooks, Jillian, Peyton, Jackson, Ayden, Bryden, Harrison and Greyson; and her great great grandchild Jada.
