He is survived by: his wife Gayle Rivers; his children, Cyndy Yates (Joey) of Newport and Harry Chase Rivers Jr. (Donna) of Belgrade, NC; his grandchildren, Rebecca Akers (Will), Tyler Mann (Ali) and Emily Long (Shaun); and his great grandchildren, Henry Mann and Hadleigh Akers.
