She was predeceased by: her parents, Benjamin Culpepper and Betsy Dowdy; and her grandson Drew Morton. She is survived by: her sons, Manley E. Morton, Jr. (Donna) of Beaufort, NC and David Morton (Dawn) of Hubert, NC; her grandchildren, Leslie M. Garris (Ken) of Wilmington, Dereck Morton (Tiffany) of Beaufort, NC, Dane Morton (Divina) of Charlotte, NC and Dylan Morton (Joy) of Hubert; and her nephew John "Buddy" Culpepper (Carol) of Norfolk, VA.. She is also survived by six great-grandchildren.
