He is survived by: his wife Linda Policastro of Newport, NC; his children, Terry Faraone (Joseph) of New York, Don Policastro of New Jersey, Cindy Fogarty (John) of New York, Robert Higgins of New Jersey, Joseph Higgins of Newport, NC and Patrick Higgins (Jamie) of Newport, NC; and his grandchildren, Gerard Faraone, Hannah Fogarty, Kayla Niesen, Anthony Higgins, Samantha Higgins and Kyle Higgins. He is also survived by 3 great-grandchildren.
