She is survived by: her grandchildren, Zachary Adams (Tiffany) of Morehead City, NC and Maryia Putnam (Doug) of Williamson, NY; her great grandchildren, Brennan, Elizabeth, Paige and Mason; and her caregiver Kelsey Richards of Atlantic.
