He is survived by: his wife Terisa Futrell; his children, Lisa Boyd of Newport and Matt Futrell (Nicole) of Newport; his brother David Glenn Futrell Jr.; and his grandchildren, Kyndel Boyd, Landon Futrell and Nicholas Dailey.
