She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Barselow and Maggie Barselow; her husband Michael Fleming; and her brother Glenn Barselow. She is survived by: her son Garland Ray O'Neal of Newport, NC; her sister Christine Tolar of Carson, VA; and her grandson Tyler O'Neal of Newport, NC..
