He was predeceased by: his parents, Felton White and Hilda White; and his wife Geri Bowen White. He is survived by: his son Perry Neal White (Shelley) of Newport, NC; his siblings, Dina Smith (Mark) of Bucklesberry, NC and Charles White (Betty) of Ayden, NC; his grandchildren, Birkley White and Rooney White; and his siblings' children, Stacey Skinner, Chad White, Seth Smith and Gray Smith. He is also survived by his family as a loving father and grandfather.
