He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Herman Blake and Sarah Milan Blake; his former wife Hazel Blake; and his son Robert Earl Blake. He is survived by: his wife Joan King; and his brother William Russell Blake (Brenda Jewell) of Sea Gate, NC. He is also survived by his stepdaughters, and several nieces, nephews and grandchildren.
