He is survived by: his wife Jo Duval of Newport; his daughters, Shawna Mejia (Roberto) of Norfolk, VA, Krystle Duval of Newport News, VA and Angela Johnson of Hampton, VA; and his stepdaughters, Catherine Gilmore (Joseph) of Pollocksville, NC and Tamara Robertson of Daton, OH. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren.
