He is survived by: his father Sanford Rouse of Brandon, VT; his wife Judy Ann Rouse; his daughters, Samantha Roma (Chris) of Newport, NC and Marisa Kay Stewart (Brian) of Plainville, IN; his sisters, Cindy O'Brien of California and Cimmy Clark of Vermont; his grandchildren, Savannah (Chris), Alexander (Jess), Eliza (Peter), Holden, Bailey, Mallory, Dean and London; and his great grandchildren, Lana, Silas, Abel, Casper, Drake and Adaline.
