He was predeceased by: his parents, John Nathan Smith and Helen Louise Johnson Smith; his brother David Smith; and his parents-in-law, Helen and Herbert Raynor.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Kay Raynor Smith; his children, Dawn S. Corbett (Jason), Shane Smith (Amanda) and Dane Smith (Allison); his grandchildren, Dawson Corbett, Kade Corbett, Addy Grace Smith, Callen Smith and Ava Smith; his sister Florence Stewart (Steve); and his siblings-in-law, Renee Tart (Doug), Edward Raynor (Sharon) and Jeff Raynor (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
