She is survived by: her father Elijah Smith Jr. (Eunice) of Jacksonville, FL; her siblings, Elijah III (Scarlette), Gary, Timothy Smith, Kelly, Sandra and Jasmine Smith; her aunts and uncles, Linda Lewis, Frances McEachin, Nancy Smith, Elizabeth Smith, Evangeline Smith, Judy Smith, Ethelene Lewis (Jesse), Iwillis Lewis (Ron), Ernest Smith and Jimmy Smith; and her godson Jeremiah Fryer. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
