He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Clark and Jane Clark; and his son Billy Lee Clark. He is survived by: his wife Jeannie Clark of Connelly Springs; his daughter LeAnna Rhinehart (Taylor) of Conover; his grandsons, Parker and Charlie Rhinehart; his sister Terrie Townsend of Connelly Springs; his mother-in-law Nancy Whisnant of Connelly Springs; his sister-in-law Becky Eller of Connelly Springs; and his siblings, Stacy Banner of Morganton and Dawn Carroll of Hudson. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Jenkins Funeral Home Celebration Center (4081 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658). A memorial service will be held on Friday, September 18th 2026 at 5:00 PM at the Jenkins Funeral Home and Cremation Service (4081 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28658).
