He was predeceased by : his parents, Julious Rowe Wike and Helen Hunsucker Wike; his wife Carleen; and his brothers, Boyd Wike, Grady Wike and Joe Wike.

He is survived by : his sons, Rodney Wike (Melissa) of Newton and Randy Wike of Newton; his sister Ruth Marie Love of Laurinburg; his granddaughter Sarah Bensley (Eddie); his great grandchild Dean; and his granddaughter Anna Wike (Wesley).

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 2:45 PM at the Mt. Olive Lutheran Church (2103 Mt Olive Church Rd, Newton, NC 28658). A celebration of life was held on Wednesday, April 17th 2024 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
