She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Eli Bost Jr. and Frances Sherrill Bost; her husband Robert Daren Saunders; and her brothers, Earl Eli Bost III and Danny Bost.
She is survived by: her children, Fran Saunders of Newton, Stacey Saunders-Gregory (Larry) of Newton and Keith Saunders (Christal) of Maiden; her grandchildren, Chasity Saunders-Miller (Aaron) of Newton, Mya Saunders-Banner (Neal) of Lincolnton, Zan Saunders (Emma) of Hickory and Cheryce Gregory of Newton; her great grandchildren, AJ Sheppard of Newton and Alister Gus Saunders of Hickory; her brother Michael Bost (Diane) of Mt. View; her brother-in-law Jim Saunders (Teresa) of Statesville; and her granddaughter Sieara Sheppard. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family.
