She was predeceased by : her parents, Dewey Spears and Effie Parks Puckett. She is survived by : her husband Donald E. Corvin Sr.; her children, Donald E. Corvin Jr. (Donnie) of Newton, Charles Corvin (Shannon) of Maiden, Margaret Huffman (Billy) of Conover, Donna S. Corvin of Hickory and Melissa Peeler (James) of Vale; and her grandchildren, Billy Huffman, Krysta Peeler (Tyler Jackson), Heather Hite (Austin), Shana Corvin and Renesmae Corvin.

Visitation was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 10:45 AM at the Journey Baptist Church (5570 Hudson Chapel Rd, Catawba, NC 28609). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 27th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
