He is survived by: his wife Pamela McLaughlin Cline of Newton; his daughter Candida Kinsch (Todd) of Hickory; his grandchildren, Abigail, Liam Miller of Charlotte and Morganton; his sisters, Donna Cline of Hickory and Lori McDonald (Mike) of Hickory; his brother-in-law Norris McLaughlin (Nancy) of Forsyth, GA; and his nieces and nephews, Ed Gurley of Newton and Star Williams of Statesville, NC..
