He was predeceased by: his parent Thomas Eugene Carter Jr.; his brothers, Timothy Carter, Jamie Carter and Thomas Eugene Carter III; and his grandparents, James, Wilma Chambers, Albert, Irene Arney and Thomas Eugene Carter Sr..
He is survived by: his mother Linda Chambers Carter; his wife TIna Carter; and his children, Brittani Carter, Brandon Carter, Reid Cloninger, Ryan Cloninger, Braxton Carter and Macie Carter. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren.
