She was predeceased by: her parents, William Levi and Ellen Clark Horton; and her husband Richard Loy Coulter. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Coulter (Dianne), Kevin Coulter (Phillip Call) and Susan Coulter of Newton; her grandchildren, Robert Sipe, Brian Sipe, Myranda Johnson (Jamie) and Emily Smith (Rob); and her great grandchild Hannah Helms. She is also survived by Great-great-grandson; three step-grandchildren; and seven step-great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be directed to St. Martins Lutheran Church in Maiden.
