He was predeceased by : his parents, Josephine Capozzi Scinto and John Scinto; and his brother John Scinto, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Marie Iassogna; and his daughter Donelle Scinto-Toner (Micheal Dean Toner) of Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests any donations be made to The American Heart Association.
