She was predeceased by: her parents, Johnnie Quince Roseman and Carrie Pauline Drum Roseman; and her brother Billy Ray Roseman. She is survived by: her husband William David Blackburn; and her sons, Eric Blackburn of Catawba and Chris Blackburn of Newton.
