He was predeceased by: his parents, William James Tyndall and Mattie Hall Tyndall; his wife Minnie Tyndall; and his sisters, Alease McDonald, Lucille Bass, Pauline Smith, Nellie Darden, Thelma Hair and Judy Faircloth.
He is survived by: his brother Earl Tyndall (Ruth) of Conover. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Drum Funeral Home (509 1st Ave S, Conover, NC 28613). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Catawba Memorial Park (3060 US-70, Hickory, NC 28603). A memorial service was held on Wednesday, August 13th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Drum Funeral Home (509 1st Ave S, Conover, NC 28613).
