It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Levon Edgar Deal of Newton, North Carolina, who passed away on September 30, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Garnett Howard Deal and Clara Jeanette Sain Deal; his wife Patsy Withers Deal; his grandson Caleb Lee Deal; and his siblings, Howard Deal and Notre Deal.
He is survived by : his children, Dennis Deal (Wanda) of Roaring Gap, NC, David Deal (Jewel) of Newton, Lee Deal of Newton and Amy Setzer (Todd) of Newton; and his sister Jewel Long.
