We are sad to announce that on November 2, 2025 we had to say goodbye to Paul David Mingus of Newton, North Carolina. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Edward Mingus and Muriel Cooper Mingus; his brother Larry Mingus; and his grandchildren, Brittany Hefner, Jonathan Hefner, Zachary Hefner, Ashley Mingus and Aaron Mingus.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mitchell Mingus (Sandra), Linda Elliott Dillard and Jane Sigmon (Richard); and his children, Donna Hefner (Marty), Kelly Dempsey (Tom), Paul Mingus, Jr. (Regina), Sonya Alrosan, Chris Blackburn and Michael Blackburn (Erin). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Redeemed Baptist Church (1525 Riverview Rd, Lincolnton, NC 28092). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, November 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
