She was predeceased by: her parents, Amos David Kanupp and Vertis Whitener Kanupp; her husband Paul Lee Perkins; and her brother Ralph Kanupp. She is survived by: her children, David Perkins (Sharon) of Newton and Carolyn Perkins of Newton; her grandsons, Allan Perkins of Newton and Lee Perkins of Indiana; and her stepgranddaughter Leslie Loftin of Claremont.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM at the New Jerusalem Lutheran Church (2120 Startown Rd, Newton, NC 28602). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
