He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Lewis, Nilor Mooneyham, James and Celia Whitener; his brother Gerald Mooneyham; and his parents, Dolman Mooneyham and Elsie Whitener Eudy.
He is survived by: his siblings, Carroll Mooneyham, Tony Mooneyham (Natalie) and Sue Bolick (Reggie); his stepmother MaryJo Mooneyham; his stepbrothers, Chad Arrowood and Chuck Arrowood; his daughters, Christy Adams and Chasity Horton; and his grandchildren, William Adams (Aimee), Summer Caudill, Zachary Rudisill, Sabrea Horton (Landon), Tori Horton (Landon) and Austin Horton (Brittany). He is also survived by five great-grandchildren, with one additional great-grandchild.
