He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Williams and Myrtle Parker Williams; his siblings, Ronnie Williams and Sue Alice McCorkle; and his stepbrothers, James and Donald Teague.
He is survived by: his wife Cathy McCall Williams; his children, Steven Williams (April) of Lincolnton, Crystal Carswell (Steve) of Lincolnton and Allison Money (Kevin) of Lincolnton; and his siblings, Carroll Williams of Newton, David Williams of Conover and Sandra Burke of Monroe.
