It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Glen Armstrong of Newton, North Carolina, born in Jefferson, New York, who passed away on January 26, 2024, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by : his wife Paula M. Russo Armstrong; his daughter Nicole Armstrong Simmons (Craig) of Banner Elk; and his siblings, George Armstrong (Sue) of Charlotte, Laura Haile of Fayetteville, NY and Elizabeth Poole (Rob) of Hilton Head, SC..
