It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Arthur Thomas Ferguson of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, born in Bramwell, West Virginia, who passed away on February 21, 2024, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, John Henry and Eleanor Jane Carlton Ferguson; his daughter Kimberly Mitchell; and his siblings, Edwin Ferguson, John Henry Ferguson, Jr., Julius Jerome Ferguson, James William Ferguson, Baby Boy Ferguson, Arbdella Dula, Brenda Barnes, Naomi Jones, Esther Hailey, Gwendola Ferguson and Wanda Ferguson Shew.
He is survived by : his wife Elizabeth Ferguson; his children, Shequilla Johnson (James), Tanisha Ferguson Parker, Ashley Dulin, Roland Wilfong (Amy) and Aaron Dulin; his grandchildren, Javier Ferguson, Ebonee Norman, Adriyanna Norman, Dezmon Gilbert, Korrianna Shutts, Tre Wilfong and Ava Wilfong; his great grandchildren, Josiah Xavier, A'Zora Dominique and Eden Janelle; his siblings, Joseph Ferguson (Liza) of North Wilkesboro, Barbara McVay of Wilkesboro, Jeanette Lomeli of Wilkesboro and Evangelist Carline Horton of Lenoir; and his close friends, Mitchell Dowell and Terry Bumgarner. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
