With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Christine Brown Hamm of North Wilkesboro, North Carolina, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on October 16, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Brown and Grace Dean Rhoades Brown; and her siblings, Vestal Brown, Wayne Brown and Cathy Anderson.
She is survived by: her husband Richard Hamm of North Wilkesboro; her children, Tony Church (Clara) of Taylorsville, Randy Church (Tammy) of Millers Creek, Debbie Holbrook (Myron) of Elkin, Leona Winebarger (Herman) of Moravian Falls, Steve Church (Renee) of Taylorsville, Barbara Johnston (Rodney) of North Wilkesboro, Tammy Osborne of Creston and Penny Roten of Creston; and her sisters, Sandra Drum (Gary) of Taylorsville and Carol Minton of North Wilkesboro. She is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; twenty-two great grandchildren; one great-great granddaughter.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM at the Miller Funeral Service (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Miller Funeral Chapel (180 Sparta Rd, North Wilkesboro, NC 28659).
