She is survived by : her husband Randy Wayne Dowell; her son Scott Shumate (Chasity) of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Tyler Shumate, Dylan Shumate and Sevyn Harrold; her mother Betty Ann Knight Walker; her sister Emily Sebastian (Adam); her nieces, Zoe Combs and Skye Sebastian; and her nephew Jacob Smithey.
