She was predeceased by: her parents, Marcus Jarvis and Rosa Hendren Jarvis; her husband Rex Torrence; and her siblings, Ina, Rebecca, Avery and Talmage.
She is survived by: her children, Angie Torrence Haney of Wilkesboro and Terry Torrence (Amber) of North Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Alexus Haney Bullock, Dakota Torrence, Destiny Torrence, Taylyn Torrence, Cassady Absher and Tyler Absher; her great grandchildren, Mason Haney, Jolie Bullock, Amari Bullock, Thomas Shumate, Jackson Shumate and Liam Absher; and her siblings, Eula Chambers, Gracie Casey, Rachel Johnson, Bertha Wilcox (Bill), Oralee Souther (Marshall), Christine Boone (Ray), Roby Jarvis (Susan), Dean Jarvis (Donna) and Marcus Jarvis (Pam). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Mount Sinai Baptist Church Cemetery (2794 Mt Sinai Rd, Wilkesboro, NC 28697).
