She is survived by: her children, Carolyn Johnson (Charlie) of Stanfield and Brian Shepard (Tammy) of Wilkesboro; her grandchildren, Regan Johnson, Charles Johnson, Jacob Shepard (Valerie) and Luke Shepard; and her sisters, Betty Barnard (Sandy) of Raleigh and Rebecca Tyndall (Bill) of Greenville, NC..
Visitation was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Heritage Room at the Church. A funeral service was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Wilkesboro United Methodist Church (309 W Main St p, Wilkesboro, NC 28697). A burial was held on Friday, March 6th 2026 at the Scenic Memorial Gardens (545 Moravian Falls Rd, Wilkesboro, NC 28697).
