She is survived by : her husband Frank "Chase" Jr.; her children, Thomas (Tammy) and Frank (Teresa); her grandchildren, Jessica, Krystina, Frank "Chase" IV and Ahnnya; and her great grandchildren, Chandler, Lola and Anberlyn.
