It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ella Butt of Norwood, North Carolina, who passed away on April 25, 2025, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee and Verda Adams Bennett; and her siblings, JD Bennett, Alfred Bennett, Eldon Bennett, James Bennett and Ronal Bennett.
She is survived by: her husband Nelson Butt; her children, Jerry Bennett (Rosa), Michelle Poole (Greg) and Monty Brown (Bridget); and her siblings, Claiborn Bennett and Clara Barr. She is also survived by six grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
