With solemn reverence, we commemorate James Larry Boles Sr. of Norwood, North Carolina, whose life came to an end on June 23, 2025 at the age of 85, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Boles and Carrie Clontz Boles; his son Timmy; and his sister Gaybrielle Boles Morgan. He is survived by: his sons, James L. "Jamie" Boles, Jr. of Whispering Pines and Richard L. Boles (Sharon Robson) of Laurinburg; his grandchildren, Erin, Emily Nickle (Gabe), Palmer Boles (Nicole Furr), Glenn Boles (Carrie Christopher), Kelsie Lea Lucas (Raven) and Richard "Richie" Boles; his great grandchildren, Jackson, Kinsie, Sampson, Swayze, Ella, Waylon and Arlo; and his sister Genevieve Boles Sumner of Norwood.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM, on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM and at 2:00 PM. A graveside service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Norwood Cemetery (406 N Kendall St, Norwood, NC 28128).
