He is survived by: his wife Theresa Dixon Lowder; his children, Kristy Meggs (Steve) of Indian Trail, Kenneth Joseph Lowder Jr. (Meredith) of Norwood and Julia Lowder of Charlotte; his siblings, Gilbert Lowder (Ginny) of Columbus, OH and Joyce Procetto (Jeff) of St. Petersburg, FL; and his grandchildren, Katelyn Lee, Hanna Meggs, Summer Lowder, Steven Meggs, Cylus Baskins, Russell Lowder and Stormy Skidmore. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
