She was predeceased by : her parents, Zeb Cluthes and Virgie Swaringen Smith; her husband Aaron Theodore Blake; her son Wesley Blake; and her great grandchild Eliza Blake.

She is survived by : her children, Dean Huneycutt (Melvin) of Oakboro and Zeb Blake (Aimee) of Norwood; her daughter-in-law Paula Blake of Norwood; and her sisters, Pat and Shelby Jean. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
