He was predeceased by: his father Nathaniel Clark Sr.; and his siblings-in-law, Jimmy Hunter and Erma Clark. He is survived by: his son Michael Lee Clark of Albemarle; his grandchildren, Sa'Maya Mathis, Obari Onukogu, Michael Lee Clark III and Jayce Clark; and his siblings, Mary Clark of Maryland, Nathaniel Clark Jr. of Norwood, Marilyn Hunter of Wadesboro, Johnny Clark (Cynthia) of Mt. Gilead, Doris Baldwin (Philip) of Norwood, Bobby Clark (Augusta) of Norwood, Anja Singleton of Union City, Georgia and Linda Lindsey of Durham. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
