She was predeceased by: her parents, George Preston and Eliza Dennis Lefler; her former husband Craven Rayvon Shue; her children, Craven Rayvon Shue Jr. and Brenda Shue Hinson; her grandchildren, Ronnie Scott Culp, Douglas Coggin, Todd Coggin, Gale Hinson and Wayne Tucker; her husband Lloyd A. Whitley; and her sisters, Lula Shaver, Alberta Mauldin, Estelle Burr, Della Hudson, Flossie Turner, Ethel Connell and Mary Mason.
She is survived by: her children, Dorothy Butler (Paul), Judy Coggin (Bill), Paulette Smith (Rick), William George Shue, Mabel Thompson, Donna Whitley Harvell (Leonard) and Mark Whitley (Terri). She is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
