He was predeceased by: his parents, Shellie Clinton and Banks Poplin Harward; and his siblings, Darril Harward and Caron Harward Lowder. He is survived by: his brother Jerry Harward; his niece Becky Goforth; and his nephew Ken Lowder.
Visitation was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Green Memorial Methodist Church (11495 NC-138, Norwood, NC 28128). A funeral service was held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
