He was predeceased by: his parents, Blease Devotion and Margaret Harris Tyson; and his sister Kathy Tyson Murphy. He is survived by: his wife Kaye Tyson; his daughters, Tara Ballard (Brandon) and Tiffany Jones (Eric); his grandchildren, Sunni Rae Sinkler (Caleb), Blake Ballard, Stella Jones and Sadie Jones; his great grandchildren, Abel, Brooks and Clara Sinkler; and his sisters, Theresa Russell (Jeff) and Meg Bowers (David). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
