He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Howell and Sue Lisk Howell (Norwood); his daughter Brandi Howell Talbert (Wesley); his grandchild Raygan of Troy; his son Brandon Howell of Norwood; his sister Angie Howell McSwain (Barry) of Norwood; his nieces and nephews, Morgan Bowers (Jesse), Evans McSwain (Landis), Parker McSwain and Taylen; and his grandchildren, Ashley Scarborough (Logan), Taylor Tarlton (Tyler) and Bucky Cummings (Sarah).
